Forty-five years of leather chemistry

Transforming the art of leather craftsmanship.

Elevating leather craftsmanship with innovative chemical solutions for unparalleled quality and finish — manufactured in Lahore and applied in our Sialkot laboratory.

The process

From raw hide to finished leather.

Our eight product families follow the tannery in sequence — each one formulated for a specific stage of the journey from raw hide to finished leather.

The transformation

One hide, eight steps.

Follow a raw hide through the tannery. Every step below is work done by one of our product families — and the leather on the left changes as each one does its job.

Beam House

Soaking · Liming · Bating

The raw hide is soaked back to life, then limed and bated. Hair and grease come away, the fibre structure swells open, and what is left is a pale, clean pelt ready to accept tanning.

Syntans

Retanning

Synthetic tanning agents lock the collagen so it can never putrefy. This is the moment a pelt stops being a hide and becomes leather — and where its fullness, softness and dye uptake are decided.

Resins

Filling

Loose flanks and bellies are firmed and the surface is levelled, so a single hide behaves the same from shoulder to butt when it reaches the cutting table.

Fatliquoring

Softening

Oils are driven between the fibres so they slide across one another again. Without this step leather dries to board. With it, it drapes, folds and creases the way leather should.

Pigments & Liquid Dyes

Colouring

Penetrating liquid dyes carry colour into the substance of the leather, while amphoteric pigments build intensity and coverage on the surface. Twenty-nine shades — pick one below and watch it run through the rest.

Finishing Auxiliaries

Finishing

Waxes and colloidal fillers set the hand and the feel: how the grain reads under the fingertips, how the surface plates, how it takes an emboss.

Binders

Film forming

The binder is the film that carries the pigment and holds the whole finish to the leather. It governs how the surface glazes, how it plates, and how it wears over years of use.

NC Based Lacquer

Topcoat

A nitrocellulose topcoat seals everything beneath it, bringing shine and the rub fastness that decides whether a finish survives the first season.

What it becomes

Chemistry you can wear.

Our chemicals never reach the person who buys the shoe. The leather does — and how it looks, feels and lasts was settled long before it was cut.

Footwear

Boots, brogues, uppers and linings

Outerwear

Jackets, coats and gilets

Bags

Totes, satchels, straps and trims

Leather goods

Belts, wallets, gloves and small goods
